My decorating stint...

Here goes some more before/after pictures. I've found some great "junk" at goodwill latley and have just been painting my little heart out(spray painting that is)!! Things are starting to come together...that doesnt mean I'm near done though :) I've just rearranged (thanks to my moms help) tweaked and repainted mostly things I already had in my house. Im trying to change out the colors/style in my house which hasent been done for years. I love more of the greens, yellows, and blue's right now....especially green, and I think it shows..HA! Silly as it may sounds, I take my Pottery Barn magazines with me to goodwill and fabric stores to try to find similar things. I have to say we do have some pretty darn good ones here and I have been able to find some cool stuff that I have just painted and duplicated. LOVE IT!! I'm on a roll..watch out :)

Painted mirror and candle sticks and found that cute lantern that was exactly like one in Pottery Barn for $60! Mine was $2.99!



These trays are so cute and popular when paired with some cute accessories. This tray was light wood and I painted it and put the hardware back on. Candle sticks gotta go though, back to goodwill :)

Ive had my eye out for some shutters and just found these today...both for $10, cant beat that!

Bought both chairs for $5 @...well, you can guess where. Painted the bottoms black and then reupholstered them. See picture below.
